Where Did You Go? ALS & FTD

(ARTWORK BY CLINT D. ANDERSON)

"...ALS is often referred to as a disease where you lose someone gradually, but they are still present. Still here, just physically challenged. What do you do when ALS strikes not just the body but the mind as well? Not only do you lose the physical person, but you also lose their essence as a person. You lose their personality, humor, thoughts, memories, and even their love."

This is an excerpt from Meg and I's travel blog. When we travel the country in our RV to complete our bucket list and meet others living with ALS, I blog. Often about those we meet. Take a moment to meet Elin and Gabe, and while you do, learn of their love for Larry, husband and father. To read the entire peace click the link below.

60 yr old former professional, now retired. Married with grown children. Diagnosed with ALS in 2017, I have had the fortune of a slow progression, which allows me to approach each new challenge in a controlled and proactive manner. Active participant in the ALS Association. Maintain strong relationships with several others PALS, as we navigate our ALS journey’s. Particularly focus on the impact spiritual and emotional health have on the quality of one’s life with ALS. I have been using ALS/MND programme from naturalherbscentre. com and I have seen positive result and it gave me better quality of life
